Client Overview
LocalBIZ USA sells and hosts low-cost web sites to small
businesses throughout the country. They have sales,
customer support and billing operations in offices in
several locations.
Client Needs
They needed a system that would be accessible from all
locations and that could be quickly modified as they
refined their business model. They also needed to work
with a growing number of third-party billing services to
provide a maximum range of options for their customers.
The Solution
The application was developed in ASP running on an NT
Server. Automated interfaces were developed for
recurring billing of customers via credit card, on their
telephone bill, via automatic debit of their checking
account or direct paper billing. A lease control module
was added for customers who bundled a machine purchase
with the web site.
